Mesothelioma Lawsuit Filed For Illinois Machinist

On June 28, 2010, Cooney & Conway filed suit on behalf of Dennis A. in the Circuit Cook of Cook County, Ill. The complaint states that Mr. A. suffers from mesothelioma as a result of exposure to asbestos while working as a machinist and laborer in Illinois from 1964 to 1979. Throughout the course of his employment, Mr. A. worked with and around asbestos-containing products at various jobsites, including National Lock. Additionally, Mr. A. was exposed to asbestos-containing products through the performance of personal home renovation work and personal automobile repairs.
